Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)

Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is an independent oversight committee made up of volunteers from the East Side community, appointed by the Board of Trustees to oversee and ensure appropriate spending of bond funding.
